Mr. President,

I, like most Americans are hoping that what you said during the campaign is what you will do. I am asking you to send the message to the congress that you meant what you said about earmarks. Let them know you will veto ANY bill with earmarks (Democrat or Republicans). You are no longer a representative of the Democrats or Republicans. You are a representative for the people, and as one of them I am asking you to follow through, send the message to the congress that you meant what you said. I promise the people will back you. We really want a government that works for the people of the US, not the special interests unless that interest also makes the country better. Please show the leadership that we want, need and can no longer put off. Thank you for your time to listen to a small voice in the wilderness.
