A few weeks ago I ordered a new Broadband connection through broadbandoffers.com. The Road Runner self install kit was sent to me and my charge card charged for $99. When the package arrived I followed the instruction only to be told that I was not elegible for a self install kit and would have to pay for a service visit. I declined the additional fee and requested a refund.

I called broadbandoffers.com and was told they would pick up the package. I called FedEx and was told that they marked the package as a refusal and would pick it up. After 4 weeks of calling, and emailing. The parcel remained at my doorstep. I fuinally sent to back at my expense and this is what I got back:
